Group fitness - reimagined!

Temple Challenge workouts are completely different from what you’ve experienced before. Workouts begin with a quick warm-up and stretching, and then the fun starts!

Trainer Stacy Houser leads the class with energy and excitement, demonstrating moves when needed and maybe busting a few dance moves or two?

Not sure what the exercise is? Your neighbor will help - never any judgment for modifying a move! Temple combines a HIIT workout style with cardio for an all-over workout that leaves you dead tired but in the best way!

The variety you want — from music to mood and moves - every workout is different.

No two TC workouts are ever the same so your body won’t know what to expect. Every workout works your entire body plus offers cardio moves that keep your heart rate up!

Worried someone will notice you’re new?

Trust us - no one is looking at you. We’re all trying to catch our breath and keep moving, too!

Did she say skullcrusher? Burpee? Dead bug? (Don’t run away. The fitness language is weird.)

No worries. All the moves are demonstrated and you can modify them any time you’d like. The only rule is that you keep moving if you can.

Not ready to commit quite yet?

That’s fine! If you’ve never tried TC before, your first class is free! Just let us know when you arrive that you’re new. If you want to try a few classes first, each class is just $5.

Aqua Temple Challenge is here!

It’s Temple Challenge Aqua style! Join us at the Camden Clark Fitness Center for a HIIT style workout in the pool. As always, all fitness levels are welcome, and modifications for every exercise will be demonstrated.

Class Times: Tuesdays and Saturdays. Advanced registration required - see our Facebook page for information on how to sign up!
Class fee is $5 per class, regardless of membership status. Class size is limited.
